Strouts Point has been selling Honda outboard motors since 1991. We believed then, and we still do, that the usual two-stroke outboards are dirty, smelly, noisy and a major source of pollution. Four-strokes are an infinite improvement. (This has proven to be the case, as all Honda outboards meet the Environmental Protection Agency's strict standards for 2006, and always have. The newest models meet even California's stringent standards for 2008.) While other manufacturers have since been converting to four-stroke technology, we still believe Honda is by far the best and most experienced.
